Hey, welcome.
DO you wanna know how to attach a picture in your posts or how to put one in your sig ?
You have to upload them to a server like www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com and then post the IMG code.
or you can attach a file, by clicking on "manage attachements" while posting a post.
